After dipped, they can be heated into models, bars and tubes of various shapes. Their tensile strength are higher than ordinary steels, and their ostensible colophony layer has non-corrodibility and weather ability, so pultruded FRP profiles are alternatives to steels and plastic in hard environments and the open air.
